What a lovely story! Very well written and the art was beautiful throughout. Jake and Mia were really nice, relatable characters and the trials were so creative that even I started getting annoyed at the gods on their behalf lol Awesome Job labyrinth buddy!

Thank you so much for reading and enjoying our version of the labyrinth idea! lol I loved yours too and I'm glad we were able to connect through our stories!

[Spoilers]
Wow okay, so first of all, I loved the music and the sound effects and the art style was so unique. This story was deep, and insanely cool. The themes of the yin and yang of life were incredibly well blended together. First you slightly see it with Jake and Mia (they are opposites) and then it gets pieced together with Aphrodite versus Ares (the god of love and the god of war) light versus dark, love versus hate, confidence versus uncertainty - strong themes.

You really had me tearing up for a moment when Jake was in his childhood home. Ahhh, being Mia and knowing that I had to break him away from that memory because of the effects it would have on him. It was a tough one, but a beautifully crafted story. Thank you for putting this together, I enjoyed it.

Thank you so much for reading the story and finding value within the worlds.  Jake's world is one of the most special for me for a few reasons and I'm very glad so many folks are liking the emotion and the themes of the story! I'm so glad you enjoyed it.

First off : congrats for making it on time despite being ill! I like the story, i’s intense at first but also kinda sweet in the end. I think I missed it in the story, but how long has they been together? Also the "go out to get milk" reminds me of a dad getting milk joke, and they never return in the end. The game would do well with a custom GUI, so looking forward to seeing it in your next works!

It was so crazy. Our music guy got covid week one, I got the flu week two, and then our amazing artist got sick the third week. By the time the last week came around and it was crunch time, we were booking it! LOL But we all were so very happy with the end result even though life was trying to show us it was stronger lol we prevailed.

I actually didn't mention a time, I would say a year or so.  In my head as I was writing I always felt it was long enough to know a lot about each other but not long enough to really stay together if the worlds around them were crumbling.

LOL milk joke -- that's funny! Love it though.

I am working on learning the Renpy coding and programming myself and gui is definitely my next tast to learn! I want to learn next how to make buttons for the text gui.... LOL I'll get there.  But you are right. Something fancy LOL
